What the estimate form collects

The estimate request form asks for: your full name, phone number, preferred contact method (call or text), the vehicle’s year, make, and model, the service you are asking about, and a description of what happened and what the vehicle needs. Three fields are optional: your email address, your insurer’s name if a claim is involved, and the best time to reach you.

The form does not ask for claim numbers, policy numbers, driver’s license details, VINs, payment information, or file uploads.

How a request is delivered

When the form service is configured, your submission is delivered as an email to the shop. When it is not configured, the form refuses the submission and shows call and text options instead — it fails closed rather than accepting a request it cannot deliver.

This website does not keep a customer database. Requests are not stored by the website itself.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page visits and taps on the call, text, directions, Instagram, and estimate buttons. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell repeat visits apart. The events carry only the name of the action — never your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, insurer, or anything you type into the form. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and there are no ad trackers. You can opt out with Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Rate limiting

To limit abuse, the estimate form counts attempts using a keyed cryptographic hash of the visitor’s network address. The raw address is never stored or logged by the site.

Phone, text, and Instagram

Phone calls and text messages go directly to the shop’s published number, (201) 359-4757; your carrier’s normal terms apply. Links to Instagram lead to Instagram’s own service, which operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

Asking about a request you sent

If you have a question about a request you submitted — or want to add or correct something — call or text the shop.
